What is Commitment Payment?
Dentists who carry out NHS General Dental Services receive a quarterly reward based on the Commitment payment criteria.
How are Commitment Payments made?
You do not have to claim for this payment, as it is calculated automatically against the criteria set by the
Statement of Dental Remuneration. Dentists eligible for payment will be contacted directly.
If you are part time, you can download the GP224 claim form or request it from your local
NHS Board.
Commitment payments are made to a separate Commitment list number. To request a Commitment Payment mandate, contact our Helpdesk.
