Customer Services provide a number of services to help:

- Guidance documents:

  • New regulation guidance;
  • Continuation cases;
  • Prior Approval;
  • Schedule guidance;
  • And many more.

- Attend NHS Education for Scotland organised events to deliver training.

- Attend Vocational Training events.

- Invite practices to our office to deliver training and guidance.

- Attend practices to offer guidance and training (upon request).

- Information stands at organised events.

- Maintain our web site to make sure the information provided is up to date.

- Helpdesk (where we respond to calls and emails).
