What is Maternity Leave Payment?
This allowance is for registered dentists who give birth to a child, after 24 weeks of pregnancy. Maternity leave can start prior to the expected date of the child being born.
How do I claim for Maternity Leave Payments?
You can download the GP203 claim form or request it from your local
NHS Board. The MATB (1) certificate, provided by the hospital, must be produced as evidence of pregnancy.
