New Dentist

To provide general dental services, you must contact the NHS Board of the area you wish to work in, as you are have to join their list.

The NHS Board will send us a GP21A form, requesting we register you by supplying a list number to be used for all NHS transactions.

The GP21A contains all the details necessary for the list number set-up.

When a list number has been set up on our payment system, a copy of the GP21A is returned to the NHS Board, who will pass the information to you.

An Ink Stamp is issued to all new list numbers for use on all forms.

A Personal Identification Number (PIN) is issued to all new Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) list numbers on request. This is used when transmitting claims electronically for payment.

A List Number is issued for carrying out NHS treatment at only one location (practice) and you need a different list number for each location.
