Non Payment

If you believe you have payments outstanding, contact our Helpdesk. Have the claim details ready when you call, but note we can only look up one non-payment, as invariably they require more detailed investigation. 

Additional non-payment queries should be requested by submitting a Dental 286 form.

In cases of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), re-transmit the claim and a duplicate claim response will be given if it has already been paid.
