What is Paternity Leave Payment?
This allowance is paid to registered dentists whose partner has given birth to their child.
How do I claim for Paternity Leave Payments?
You can download the GP225 claim form or request it from your local
NHS Board. The 2 week period can be split into two one week periods.

1) Name included in dental list for at least 2 years;
2) earnings of at least £27,800.00 in 2009/10 or NHS percentage of 90%; and
