Telephone Customer Survey

We would like to thank everyone who recently took part in our Pilot Telephone Customer Survey. This was managed through our ePharmacy and Dental & Ophthalmic helpdesks who contacted various customers that have recently been in touch with us, to request feedback on the services we currently provide and suggest any improvements we could make.

All the issues/suggestions you provided have been collated and reviewed by our Senior Management Team. Action plans are being drawn up to take forward areas for improvement. These action plans will be available here soon and will be updated regularly to keep you informed of progress made.

Our aim is to roll out the telephone survey across all contractor work streams and stakeholders where possible in the coming months. The telephone survey aims to supplement the feedback we receive from our Annual Customer Surveys.
