In addition to our main publication 'Good Practice' which replaced the 'GP Practice' newsletter in January 2010, the Exchanging Patient Records newsletter is produced as part of the Practitioner Services eMedical Programme for General Practitioner (GP) practices and Practitioner Services (Medical) staff.
The Practitioner Services eMedical Programme is working to develop new processes and systems to undertake the electronic transfer of records when a patient transfers between practices in Scotland.
