In response to customer satisfaction survey feedback, we are reviewing how these are presented with a view to listing these by service rather than geographical location.
Practitioner Services Medical strives to ensure customer & stakeholder requirements are satisfied or exceeded.
To determine if we are meeting our customer requirements, we forward a customer questionnaire to all GP Practices in Scotland for completion on an annual basis.

Practices often contact us with specific queries regarding the registration of patients. Often, these queries can be dealt with by a telephone call or e-mail, however sometimes it is better for both parties to meet and walk through system issues and protocols.
It is easy to arrange a visit from your Aberdeen regional office Partners coordinator: details can be found in the Medical Contact Details section.
Prior to the visit, you can talk with your local contact and discuss what you want to get out of the visit.
During the visit, everyone has an opportunity to ask questions and get practical assistance with solving registration problems.
After the visit, we produce a report in conjunction with the Practice Manager. This report summarises the issues and how these have been resolved. It acts as a reference should similar issues arise in the future.
