Could GP Practices please ensure that any revised interim earnings to be notified for 2011-12 are submitted using standard form (GMSSUP002) which must be signed by a GP Practice authorised signatory.
The 2010-11 certificate and guidance notes have been uploaded to the Guidance & Forms page.
All completed forms should have been delivered to Practitioner Services by Wednesday 29th February 2012. Forms received after this date will still be processed and retrospective adjustments made accordingly.
2010-11 National Average Earnings have been agreed at £80,585.
