What if a patient fails to collect their spectacles?
If a patient fails to collect spectacles, despite repeated reminders, you may still submit the claim to us.
Send the claim, along with a copy of the patient's record card (under separate cover), with a note explaining the circumstances and giving brief details of the reminders you sent.
