To assist us as part of our processing improvements we are requesting that no information is printed on any coloured part of general ophthalmic service forms (GOS) as this prevents our scanners from recognising form type.
This is typically printed information or general smudged ink/marks on the front of GOS claims in the area circled below; this will delay claim processing – leading to rejections and the claim being returned.
Also check you are using the correct GOS form type in our schedule communications archive, using the wrong form will lead to it being rejected and returned.
Please contact the Help desk if you require further assistance.
