Customer Satisfaction Survey Reports
Practitioner Services Pharmacy strive to ensure customer & stakeholder requirements are satisfied or exceeded. To determine if we are meeting our customer requirements, we forward a customer questionnaire to all pharmacy contractors in Scotland for completion on an annual basis.
